A 12-week Reset for High Performing Women in Midlife

For some of us, there comes a point where coping isn’t the issue. You’re capable, you’re responsible, you hold a lot. But something feels misaligned. Maybe you can put your finger on it, maybe you can't. You're looking for some support.

Permission to Pause is a structured 12-week coaching journey designed to help you recalibrate your energy, identity and capacity - without stepping away from your life.


Who This Is For

This women's coaching programme is typically for high-performing women (typically 35–55) who:

  • Appear strong and capable on the outside
  • Feel stretched or misaligned on the inside
  • Are ready to stop running on autopilot
  • Want structured, forward-focused support
  • Know something needs to shift

This is not crisis counselling. This is support for women.


It is thoughtful, health-informed recalibration for capable women who want to settle their nervous system and live with more alignment and less hidden strain.


What Changes Over 12 Weeks

The programme moves through three phases:


Phase One – The Reflection Zone

We clarify where your energy is currently going and what feels heavy.

You’ll identify over-functioning patterns, emotional labour and misalignment.


Phase Two – The Reset

We begin to shift what’s draining you.

Boundaries, behavioural loops and energy investment are recalibrated with intention.


Phase Three – The Reclaiming

You strengthen self-trust, integrate change and build sustainable forward momentum.

Nothing dramatic.

Nothing impulsive.

Just thoughtful, structured shifts that last.

  • 12 x 60-minute online sessions
  • Weekly (with flexibility for holidays)
  • Structured progression across three phases
  • Reflective prompts between sessions

This is 1:1 work - focused, confidential, contained and personalised.

£600 for the full 12-week journey. Founding pricing. Will increase with future intakes.

Payable upfront or 50/50 split.
