The programme moves through three phases:

We clarify where your energy is currently going and what feels heavy.
You’ll identify over-functioning patterns, emotional labour and misalignment.
Phase Two – The Reset
We begin to shift what’s draining you.
Boundaries, behavioural loops and energy investment are recalibrated with intention.
Phase Three – The Reclaiming
You strengthen self-trust, integrate change and build sustainable forward momentum.
